Overview 

This course covers Nevada Loan Modification as codified in the NAC (Nevada Administrative Code) and the NRS (Nevada Revised Statutes), which include licensing requirements and maintenance, prohibited conduct and enforcement.

The course is divided into five sections:

Section 1: Overviews and Definitions: provides an overview of our education process, and this course as well as definitions for the terms found in this section.
Section 2: Licensing: covers persons required to be licensed, licensee qualifications and the application process, the grounds for denying a license.
Section 3: License Maintenance: reviews the requirements for licensing renewal, as well as the requirements for surety bonds, or other securities, as well as the regulations regarding record keeping.
Section 4: Prohibited Conduct: reviews the general rules and regulations for prohibited conduct, the management or trust accounts and the creation and requirements regarding contracts.
Section 5: Enforcement: this section covered the unfair competition and deceptive practices section 480-2, as well as the Fair Credit Extension 477E.
