Overview 

This course covers Arizona law and regulations pertaining to Mortgage Loan Originator licensing and is structured to reflect the outline of the Arizona State License Exam. This class is divided into several sections including Regulatory Agencies License Law, Compliance, Disciplinary Action and information on mortgage lending requirements in Arizona including legal documentation, principles of real estate lending and loan originator obligations to a client.

Format

This education is delivered in the Online-Instructor Led (“OIL”) format as required by the NMLS for online Pre-Licensure (“PE”) education. It is available on our website through any internet connection.
